In Home Support
Personalised Care in the Comfort of Your Own Home
At Empowering Futures, we understand the importance of feeling safe, supported, and independent in your own home. Our In-Home Support services are designed to provide practical, respectful assistance with everyday tasks tailored to your unique needs and NDIS goals.

Day Program
Fun, Friendship & Skill-Building. All in a Day’s Work!
Our Day Program is designed to provide a welcoming, inclusive space where participants can enjoy meaningful activities, build valuable life skills, and connect with others in a supportive environment.

Community Access
Build independence, confidence, and community inclusion.
Community access is about supporting participants to actively take part in the community, including recreational, civic, cultural, or economic participation.

Respite/Weekends away
Take a break, recharge, and experience something new!
Our Respite (Short Term Accommodation) gives participants the chance to enjoy fun, supported overnight stays or weekends away. It’s a great way to build independence, socialise, and give carers time to rest.

Looking for a school holiday program that’s fun, meaningful, and inclusive? Empowering Futures invites NDIS participants to join our engaging School Holiday Program designed to support young people with disabilities through enriching experiences and new friendships.

Building Friendships & Confidence Through Social and Group Activities.
Social activities provide a focus on helping participants build and maintain friendships, social skills, and relationships, often in group or one-on-one settings.

Saturday Program
Connect, Explore, Belong.
Our Saturday Activities Program is a welcoming space for NDIS participants to build friendships, enjoy fun experiences, and develop life skills in a supportive group setting. Held weekly on Saturdays during each term, the program offers a structured yet flexible schedule full of engaging and inclusive activities.
